Staff Biographies

Jay Shrewsbury

Jay Shrewsbury is the General Manager of Cable Co-op. Jay began to work for the Cable Co-op in 2000 after working for Media One. Jay started with Cable Co-op as the lead technician, then Operations Manager until 2022 when he became the General Manager. Jay lived in Oberlin for more than a decade and all of Jay’s three children are Oberlin High School graduates.

Eric Clark

Eric is Cable Co-op’s System Engineer. Eric Clark grew up in Oberlin and graduated from LCJVS/Oberlin High School in 2000 and Hocking College in 2003 with a degree in Broadcast Engineering. He began his career with the Co-op while still in High school and worked as a temp during his college years. After college Eric became a full-time employee and has been an asset to our company.

Devon Wilburn

Devon Wilburn has been a lifelong resident of Oberlin. Devon graduated from Oberlin High School in 2001 and Hocking College in 2003 with a degree in Broadcast Engineering. He began his career with Cable Co-op while attending high school and continued part-time while attending college. After college Devon became a full-time employee and a great addition to Cable Co-op.

Don Johnson

Don is the  youngest member of the Oberlin Cable Co-op staff. Don graduated from Oberlin High School in 2017 and began to work at the Cable Co-op shortly afterwards. Don is a great addition to our staff and has done a great job learning his various duties and continues to be an asset to the Cable Co-op.

Wesley Burgess

Wesley is the newest addition to our team. He has four years prior experience in the industry and will be an asset to the Cable Co-op. Wes makes our fifth employee who is an Oberlin High School graduate. 

Charlotte Brill

Charlotte is the Co-ops Customer Service Representative and will likely be the first pleasant face you encounter when coming into our office. She performs many vital duties to help ensure the Co-op runs smoothly on a daily basis.

Wendy Moore

Wendy is the Co-ops Customer Service Representative and will one of the two people you may first encounter when entering our office. She performs many vital duties to help ensure the Co-op runs smoothly on a daily basis.
