If you are having issues outside of our normal operating hours, you can call our tech support number, 440 775 4001, and leave a message.

Unless Cable Co-op is working on an outage (technical issues involving more than one member) or is with another member, you will receive a call back within an hour, often much sooner.

Response times may vary due to the fact the technician may be helping another member when you call or may be repairing a larger issue.
